Tis the Season to by Jolly!

My favorite season is almost here. Living in Florida, our seasons are basically, summer, summer, summer and summer. I can't do anything about the fact that we wear shorts on Christmas Day, but I can decorate my house, light my candles and pretend that its snowing outside!

Now that I have Maxon, one of my favorite things about Christmastime is sending out our Christmas cards. Maxon is such a cute kid and I love showing him off every chance I get. Last year, I got these Christmas cards.

They have a hole punched and come with ribbon to make them an ornament. I remember seeing them on my family's trees through the whole season. Love it.

This year's selection of cards is awesome possum. Seriously. I kept scrolling and thinking, "This has to be the end" and then I see that I'm not even halfway done. Their artists had to be working overtime all of 2012 to get all these styles.

I am really big on having "Merry Christmas" on my cards, not seasons or holidays, but the genuine Christmas. So I was pleased to see so many religious cards in cute designs. I may want to say "Merry Christmas," but I still like a stylish polka dot or chevron. Tiny Prints delivers style and the message.

With so much going on in life, I like the idea of a year in review card, rather than the age old letter.

This is one of the new styles for the ornament. So classic and pretty. Of course I may be drawn to that snow. Lucky ducks.

  1. I remember your ornament shaped card last year. I had never seen such a cute idea before! I liked it not just for your cute family, but because it was so large and a round card. This company has original ideas.

  2. My favorite tradition is putting the tree up on Thanksgiving morning. It is something that Brent and I started on Noah's first Christmas bc we were going to Colorado Christmas day. So now we get it out and put it up and fluff it before we head to our families houses to eat. Then we decorate the next day. The boys love it and now that Seth will be 2 and a half this year he will enjoy it even more. And next year we will have another little one to add to the mix.

  3. I agree with you Deanna I like how tinyprints has ‘merry Christmas’ as part of their themes. And I can see why you like tinyprints, there cards are soooo colorful and just screams Deanna! :)
I like more traditional simple cards, usually with three pictures, one family and each child. I like the postcard theme, that way I can tell a little about what the family is up to.
Can't wait to see your card this year!!
